Marineland Exhibit ~ Marineland of the Pacific first opened it doors in 1954 and was the world's largest oceanarium of its time.  It was abruptly closed by Harcourt Brace Jovanovich in 1987, which purchased the aquatic park in December 1986.  This exhibit "remembers" Marineland and all the joy that it brought to the millions of visitors and the Peninsula.  The City of Rancho Palos Verdes thanks all the donors and loaners for the exhibits.  Enjoy and remember!
